We are looking for two exceptional half-time workers:
Post One – Programme Coordinator (minimum 7 months @ 18 hours a week, pro rata £30,507 NJC SO2) offered on an employed or freelance basis
The focus of this post is to coordinate the Women’s Workshop programme between October 2020 and April 2021. This year much of the programme has had to move online. So for the Autumn and Spring we want to involve women in designing and taking part in a programme that can gradually include actual group sessions while maintaining some presence online. This includes Zoom meetings and also having an active exchange with women on social media. The postholder will liaise with our team of associate facilitators, and play a part in publicising our work, keeping our funders informed and helping to identify resources for new projects.
Post Two – Women First Mentoring Coordinator (maternity cover, minimum 7 months @ 18 hours a week, pro rata £30,507 NJC SO2) offered on an employed basis
The focus of the job is to take a lead on coordinating our one-to-one holistic mentoring programme, with a focus on addressing mental health, financial resilience, employability and social inclusion to enable women to move forward through their challenges. This post is part of the Women First project, a partnership of women’s organisations, and entails managing a small team of volunteer and associate mentors.
If you would like to discuss either post please contact Julia on 07775 817544.
You can find further details and the recruitment pack for both posts below.
Please use the application form provided and email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to Women’s Workshop, Coquet Enterprise Park, Amble NE65 0PE.
The closing date is Monday 21st September
Interviews are likely to be on Thursday 23rd September, on Zoom, to be confirmed.
