A weekly programme using the five ways to well-being approach to help women stay well and connected.
Every week we will be at the Women’s Workshop on Mondays, for chat, food, and a whole range of one-off activities to support our mental health and well-being – from gardening and DIY to sessions on self care and confidence. In the afternoon you can book time for one-to-one support with one of our trained and experienced mentors.
Everything we offer will be designed around social distancing rules and the need to stay safe and sometimes we might run sessions online. Watch out on the website and Facebook for more details each week….
