FREE online accredited course that will help you develop your listening and support skills. Completing the course will give you a nationally recognised Level 2 Qualification in Information Advice and Guidance and you will be approved to join our team of paid mentors and start the rewarding job of supporting women.

The course runs fortnightly on Wednesdays over six half-day sessions, as well as practice and a short assignment in the time between sessions. You will have a learning mentor to support you through the process and you’ll be teamed up with other participants to get practicing your skills.
