SUMMARY:My Best Me Part 2: Building Confidence
DESCRIPTION:Confidence isn’t global and it isn’t fixed come along and explore your confidence and how to develop it. \n\n\n\nHow many times have you said\, “I don’t have the confidence to do that” or “I’m just not a confident person”? Both are negative statements that virtually rule out the possibility of change\, but change IS possible. \nConfidence isn’t global and it isn’t fixed; no one is 100% confident about absolutely everything\, all the time (no matter how it might look from the outside). Confidence isn’t about our actual ability to succeed; it’s about our belief in your ability to succeed. \nIn this workshop\, we’ll learn what confidence is (and what it isn’t)\, and why we don’t always recognise things that we are confident about. \nThis workshop follows on from our Building Self Esteem workshop\, if you didn’t attend the previous session there’s some overlap and a recap. \nRegister on Eventbrite here
