DESCRIPTION:A walk for women focused on boosting your health\, enjoying being outside and catching up with awesome women! \n\n\n\n\nA small group walk to provide time for reflection\, recharging\, conversation and companionship. \nThis walk may not be appropriate for some women with limited mobility – please contact us for more information. \nThe walk is mostly ‘on the flat’ and each woman can choose how far they walk with plenty of places to stop for a rest. \nPlease wear comfortable ‘sensible’ shoes and weather appropriate clothing. \nTransport from outside Fourways 2 Amble at 10.00am. \nSign up on Eventbrite here
