DESCRIPTION:While lockdown was introduced to keep us safe\, it has actually left some people feeling more at risk\, not from the virus but from the people they share their home with. \nPharmacies are now offering a Safe Space for people experiencing domestic violence. For those needing help they can ask a staff member to use the consultation room\, where you can contact services for help and advice. \nHere are some key points to be aware of to help you keep safe and to help others too… \nSafety Plan: \n\nKeep your mobile charged and with you at all times.\nIf you do not have access to a mobile phone plan how you could access a phone in an emergency.\nIf possible pack an emergency grab bag for you and your children.
