Job Vacancy – Women First Project Coordinator at the Women’s Workshop
Job Title: Women’s Workshop ‘Women First’ Project Coordinator
0.5 (18 hours a week)
Pro rata of £26,822 FTE per annum NJC scale pt30
Two year contract
Based in Amble
Could you:
- Lead a dynamic team of mentors, tutors, admin staff and volunteers, who are committed to the empowerment of women facing barriers to their inclusion?
- Recruit women within Northumberland, assess their learning and support needs, help them to engage with the project, and assist them in taking part in in-house and other relevant provision to meet those needs (including information and guidance, job search, skills development and learning).
- Liaise with other women’s organisations within the partnership and network with a wide range of other projects to get the best outcomes for and with women participants.
