RCTN has produced some Bite-size Mindfulness for Survivors activities and the third and final activity will be shared on Saturday 25th April! You can see last weeks practice, ‘Grounding 5, 4, 3, 2, 1’ below:
Grounding is a main area of our trauma informed Mindfulness. We’d like to share with you our “5,4,3,2,1” practice.
