2020 Review
We are using these challenging times to carry out a review of our work – including individual support and our programme of activities.
We are planning to invite all the women we know to get involved in this review and to record their views through:
- feedback within mentoring sessions
- contributions using the arts such as our collective wall-hanging, creative writing and another round of short videos.
- Sessions with the staff team, facilitators and mentors, our Board and other organisations that we work with.
To help us design this review process we have invited a small group of women to help us, and they are being supported by Sharon Brown, who is coordinating the review.
By the time we’ve got all that together we should have a much clearer idea about how to build a new support and activity programme that works well for everyone. We are planning to end the review with a special event, that will also be our AGM, where we will invite everyone to join us and share what we do with policymakers and funders too.
We will share the process on this page while it is happening and add notes of discussions and links to questionnaires and surveys.
