Is your playlist something that you are protected by and possessive of or does music provoke memories of sadder times or being with someone special?

Explore this and learn how to make your past; build your power for your future. This will be an interactive experience and you will be asked to participate, practice, listen and use lyrics to help build a strong song of your own.

You will be asked to be willing to reflect, experiment, work as a group and share what you are comfortable with.

Who is this workshop aimed at?

Any woman with an interest in finding out more about AI and how it could be used to our benefit and with an interest in self-awareness and using music to support reflection and self-expression .

Women who are willing to complete a small amount of pre course work, which will include identifying one or more songs which have some significance for them.

Pre course material will be provided to help you to prepare your thoughts before the workshop.

Participants will be asked to give their consent for recording of the ‘music’ we produce and for the use of quotes, comments and images. Each participant can set their own boundaries.

This is a participative session open to all women and offered free of charge.
