Five Ways to Well-Being – Be Active

Being Active can happen in lots of different ways. It can mean anything from walking to gardening to hoovering to playing with kids to jogging to yoga to crosswords and more.

Our Five Ways programme is sharing lots of diferent FREE ideas to keep active. We’ll be adding links here all the way through the lockdown and beyond which might appeal to different women. They have all been contributed by generous women who are part of our Women’s Workshop networks.
