Karen has joined the Women’s Workshop team, starting a new programme of relaxed, supportive sessions designed to gently introduce breathwork as a practical tool for mental wellbeing. Each session invites you to slow down, tune in, and explore your inner world in a way that builds confidence, emotional resilience, and self-awareness — no experience needed, just curiosity.

From 11 – 12 you are welcome to come along for a cuppa and a catch up with other women.

From 12-1 there will be an organised activity. Breathwork will be used in a simple, accessible way to help calm the nervous system, improve focus, and create space to notice what’s really going on beneath the surface. Each session includes time for integration, with guided journaling prompts to help make sense of what comes up. If writing isn’t your thing, you’re very welcome to bring your own art materials and express your reflections visually instead.

You are welcome to stay on from 1-2pm for shared food and peer group support.
