Mindful Monday
An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Monday, repeating until 25th August 2025
Join our Monday support group for an hour’s gentle exercise and short guided meditation, followed by shared food and peer support. Occasionally, we have guest facilitators able to share different ideas for promoting well-being.
