Mindful Mondays
An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely
Weekly Monday morning session of relaxation and gentle exercise. You can remain seated if you wish, and the session will last one hour. The weeks will be starting with meditation and moving into reflexology later.
